Wow, that looks so good! So all it is is pears, raspberries and blue cheese? The presentation is so pretty! And of course, I'm dying for a plate of that right about now.
This particular cheese had cranberries in it. It was a little milder than blue, but a blue cheese would be great. I turned the pears over in the palm of my hand after slicing and squeezed lemon juice to keep them from browning. It was quite popular.
